Whatever has brought you here
...you don't have to navigate it alone

My approach to therapy is deeply relational. I believe healing happens in the context of a safe, authentic connection, and I aim to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and met with compassion.

I have been working and studying in the psychotherapy and counselling field for the past ten years. I draw from Sensory-based (Trauma informed), Gestalt, and Emotion-Focused approaches, tailoring our work to your unique needs. Alongside practical tools to help you manage challenges in the moment, I support you in exploring the deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck. As your awareness grows, so does your ability to choose new paths toward greater vitality and change.
